Excellent location in downtown Madrid, at Barrio de Las Letras, this square is waiting for you. All bills are included and cleaning service of common areas too. Sol metro station is right 200 meters away, totally walking distance. In Las Letras neighborhood you also can find the most important museum in Madrid. Huertas is the main street in Las Letras neighborhood. It is one of the busiest places for Erasmus students in the country. Places of tapas or places where to reunite or to go for a walk with the colleagues, like the very same Plaza of Santa Ana, make this district unique and attractive for the tourists and the locals too.
