Our student accommodation is located in the heart of Barrio (neighborhood, in Spanish) Salamanca, and has 8 fully equipped rooms, with a joint capacity for 8 people. That means: One person per room. The apartment is completely renovated, has three bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need, without missing for example a washing machine and two refrigerators. The monthly leasing already includes the price of the room: WiFi, repeaters to have a better Internet connection throughout the house, weekly cleaning of common areas, electricity, water and heating. Our mission is that our Customers and Guests enjoy their stay as pleasantly as possible.
