What am I paying for?

You are paying the deposit, a fee that will ensure keep your room reserved for you until you arrive. Basically, it is the price of a month or less, depending on the time of the year.

Do i have to pay more fees at the time of arrival?

On the other hand, it is also just 10 minutes walking from the Gran Via, the Broadway of Madrid. Cinemas, theaters, restaurants and shopping area. All around the corner! Furthermore, next to Plaza de Santa Barbara is Tribunal, an area with a student atmosphere, where there are plenty of bars where you can have a beverage and enjoy outdoor terraces with friends and roommates.
