Wonderful and incredible bright room with double bed, exquisite balcony to enjoy with hot chocolate in the morning or feeling the breeze in the afternoon. The room has everything you need spacious wardrobe to fit all your clothes, curtains, desk, chair, lamp, one set of sheets and heating. The apartment is fully furnished. It has 12 bedrooms and 3 complete neat bathrooms. The kitchen is large and equipped with 2 refrigerators, and cozy living room with to spend some time together with your new roommates and all the necessary appliances for a great stay: washing machine, utensils, and all kitchenware such as microwave, oven, electric stove, toaster, 2 refrigerators for all your groceries.

All expenses are included in the price: water, energy, gas, WiFi + a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
