The flat is located in the Gothic Quarter, near La Casa de Seda (The Silk House Barcelona), impressive building to discover in Barcelona, It was designed between 1753 and 1758 to be the headquarters of the silk veil weavers’ guild. It still retains the original sketches of the Via Laietana, and highlights an image of Immaculate Conception by Joan Enrich in the corner. Very well connected with public transport, 5 minutes from the metro Urquinaona (Line 1 and Line 4). Beautiful six bedroom apartment, enjoy the presence of 5 more people, students like yourself, creating superb experiences and moments together. Comfortable room with double bed, your room has everything you need wardrobe, desk, chair, desk lamp, curtains and heating. The apartment is colorful and is fully furnished. The kitchen is large and equipped with 2 refrigerators, a dining table in the entrance and the necessary appliances for a good stay: washing machine, utensils, and all kitchenware: microwave, oven, electric stove, and toaster. You will share 2 bathrooms, complete well–organized. As well a living room to spend time together, sharing incredible moments of your Erasmus experience.
