You are paying the monthly rent, an amount that will ensure you keep your room reserved for you, until your arrival.

Do I have to pay more fees upon arrival? You will have to pay the deposit of one month before the delivery of the room keys, which will be returned after your stay.

All bills expenses included. Water, electricity, heating, wifi internet, cleaning, community and taxes are included in the price. There are no additional expenses to be paid, no commissions or fees. EVERYTHING REALLY INCLUDED.
