This shared apartment is cleaned weekly, by the Erasmusflat team, it is located in one of the safest streets in Madrid. All the furniture are what you see in the photos and video.

Wonderful and cozy Madrid erasmus house with double bed, an exterior view to enjoy with warm coffee or tea in the morning, your room has everything you need wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp and heating. The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is large and equipped with 2 refrigerators, a dining table and the necessary appliances for a good stay: washing machine, utensils, and all kitchenware. You will share 2 bathrooms, and one of the rooms has their own private bathroom. All expenses are included in the price: water, energy, gas, WiFi + a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
