This flat is enormous and its located near Palau de la Musica, one of the most important modernist buildings of the city and very close from Sant Pere de les Puel·les monastery (XII century). The neighbourhood is officially called Sant Pere, Santa Caterina y la Ribera (this last part, the one closest to the sea, is known as Borne) and is probably the most bohemian neighbourhood of Barcelona. It is a very charming area with a lot of little squares all along its narrow alleys. Moreover, is extremely great linked with metro, buses and its half way from Plaza Catalunya and Parc de la Ciutadella.
